PDFTablet License Agreement
============================

IMPORTANT: Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the PDFTablet software ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. LICENSE GRANT
----------------
This Software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to install and use PDFTablet under the following conditions:

- INDIVIDUAL/ LIFETIME LICENSE:
- For use by a single non-business user.
- Not permitted for commercial use.
- No resale, redistribution, or repackaging allowed.
- Licensed per person, up to two devices per user.

- SMALL BUSINESS LICENSE:
- For use by commercial users with 1–5 employees.
- Licensed per organization with up to 5 active users.
- Must not be resold, redistributed, or deployed outside the licensed entity.
- Upgrade to Corporate required for more than 5 users.

- CORPORATE LICENSE:
- For internal use within an organization.
- Flat annual fee covers usage for 6–25 users under the Corporate Plan.
- Must not be redistributed outside the licensed entity.
- One license per organization unless otherwise agreed.

- ENTERPRISE LICENSE:
- Covers 25+ users, subject to enterprise-level annual licensing.
- Custom terms may apply for scale, deployment, and support.
- Not transferable outside the licensed business or group.

2. PROHIBITED USES

- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to others.
- You may not use the Software to develop competing products.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
--------------------------
All intellectual property rights in the Software remain the property of Canterbury Technical Solutions Ltd.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
------------------------
This Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose.

5. TERMINATION
---------------
This license is effective until terminated. Failure to comply with any term will result in automatic termination.

6. SUPPORT
-----------
Support is available via email at support@pdftablet.com for licensed users only.

7. Third-Party Software and Licensing
-------------------------------------

This software application ("PDFTablet") includes components developed and owned by Syncfusion, Inc. These components are used under valid license terms and are incorporated into this product as downstream software dependencies.

The Syncfusion components are subject to their own license terms and conditions, which may include limitations on redistribution, modification, and reverse-engineering. For more information, please visit:

By using PDFTablet, you acknowledge that:

- Syncfusion components are included within the software solely as compiled, embedded elements;
- These components remain the intellectual property of Syncfusion, Inc.;
- You shall not attempt to extract, decompile, or reuse Syncfusion libraries separately from this software;
- PDFTablet is an independently developed software product that consumes Syncfusion UI/UX libraries as permitted under the appropriate Syncfusion license.

All trademarks and copyrights related to Syncfusion remain the property of their respective holders.

By continuing the installation, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.
